WWE Saturday Night's Main Event — and John Cena's career — have officially come and gone. That meant, to an extent, Monday's "WWE Raw" in Hershey, Pennsylvania, serving as a reset of sorts, starting with a tribute to the "Never Seen 17" and the entrance of his successor.
Theory had helped the team of Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed, Logan Paul, Drew McIntyre and Brock Lesnar win WarGames at Survivor Series, and continued to appear to help out Breakker, Reed and Paul, all while The Vision's Paul Heyman insisted he did not know who was under the mask.
Monday Night Raw in Hershey buzzed with energy as CM Punk returned, and Gunther boasted about his win over John Cena. Rey Mysterio faced Logan Paul in
CM Punk delivered a Punk-esque promo, ditching his “Is it great to be alive in…” shtick and just dialing up the vitriol three weeks ahead of his World Heavyweight Championship defense. (Interestingly, Punk will have gone more than two months without defending the title since he won it last month.)
