Out of nowhere yesterday my whole pc (bar some games) are all more zoomed in/scaled. My desktop apps take up more space (icons are medium, as they have always been - now are 17 icons wides and 6 long), my taskbar is bigger and even my browsers are more zoomed in than normal (zoom is 100%).
