    "Cheers to Eric here at Autozone for saving the day! I was about to head on the road to Cleveland and was expecting to be driving through a blizzard for most of the time. Right as I was about to turn onto the interstate my passenger side windshield wiper broke. At that exact moment I looked up and saw the Autozone sign. It was seriously a miracle. Now, I may be in my 30s, but still to this day I've never had to replace a wiper on my own. Not only did Eric grab what I needed but he even offered to put it on for me. Even showed me how to do it so when this happens again, I know what to do. This all happened in under 10ish minutes and I was back on the road. The stars truly aligned and I can't thank Eric enough for helping me out."

    "Ordered dishwasher Nov 6. supposed to be installed Nov 10 but due to new flooring I had to do some changes. they came back after that on Nov 17 and said it wasn't good enough. (later confirmed it was fine). Paid lots of money for someone to come out and remove two rows of hardwood floor and rescheduled delivery for Nov 20 They kept confirming delivery. But then someone called me and said that was just confirming install not delivery (none of the confirmations said this). So now they are going to try to figure out when they can come out. and yiu can never talk to anyone at the store. they keep routing you to corporate and they are clueless. Not sure when if ever I will get this delivered. If I can get it from somewhere else I will cancel this order. Not that they care at all"

    "I drive cars a long time and Luke's keeps them on the road. They work on everything and are usually 25% less than the dealership. After the initial inspection they text you pictures of any problem areas and then let you decide if you want to proceed with the repair. They also provide a free Uber to your home or work if you are dropping off. Waiting area is not as spacious as the dealership so better to drop off. If you need a mechanic, I would highly recommend."
