I have a HP DeskJet 4155e All-in-One printer and it says it's offline. When I open the HP Smart App, it is showing that it is connected to the wifi. Still can't print. I have turned off everything, unplugged, and turned back on and still is showing it's offline. Any suggestions?

My printer Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M281fdw, is continuously going offline. I can't figure out why this is happening and I spend so much time rebooting, unplugging, uninstlling, reinstalling, clearing print cues etc., that I may as well draw the photo, or hand write the document I'm trying to print. Can HP hear my frustration?
